I've had the misfortune of visiting this Kia dealership three times in the past three months, and each visit has been a disappointing experience. The first time was for a routine 50k service, during which I complained about a strange noise coming from my car. Despite my concerns, when I went to pick up the car, they claimed they couldn't find any issue and I only needed to start the engine for them to be able to hear. After rescheduling another appointment a month later, they finally acknowledged the problem was with the muffler, but shockingly, they didn't have the part in stock.
Fast forward two weeks later, I brought my car in again, this time with a recurring warning message indicating an issue with the Forward Collision-Avoidance Assist. Despite my clear explanation, once again, they failed to identify the problem and simply brushed me off with the suggestion to contact them if the issue persists.
The dealership is really bad at their job and it's evident that customer satisfaction is not a priority for them. Don't trust them with your car – their service is just terrible all the way through!
I would strongly advise against trusting them with any car-related services. Terrible service all around!

We flew from Victoria to Tasmania to collect this vehicle and where on a really tight schedule to meet the ferry in Devonport
The vehicle was ready and to our surprise had a full tank of fuel so we could head straight to the ferry without worrying about stopping to fill up

I had car regular service and spend $299 for 75000km and they don’t wash my car for complementary. No apologies and staff says this car wash is only happened when they have time. So it really depends on your luck.

Through out my experience they had very poor communication between different departments and myself, as a result they made a lot of mistakes and rushed the entire process with a not entirely professional approach. However the salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly on delivery.
